 Do your products contain alcohol?

NOPE! All products at Rival House are either non-alcoholic (less than 0.5% abv) or completely alcohol-free (0%).

 

I’ve tried non-alcoholic products before, but I was not impressed. What makes yours different?

At Rival House, we believe in offering only the best, premium alcohol-free products. We have spent countless hours curating a collection of products that we believe to be the best in the world. We are constantly searching for new products to add to our selection and give our customers even more choice. We are confident that your opinion will change the second time around.

  

I can’t decide what to order! Help me!

The alcohol-free beverage space is still new. We completely understand how difficult it can be to decide on what you want! That’s why we’re here. I'm a first-time customer and signed up for the newsletter, where is my 10% discount? 

Once you sign up for our newsletter you will receive an email with our 10% off discount for first time customers. If you don't receive it, check your junk folder. 

 

My order arrived damaged, what happens now? 

Shipping glass sometimes isn't fun and breakage can occur. While a rarity, it does happen. If your order doesn't arrive fully intact, contact our customer care team at customercare@drinkrivalhouse.com with photos and they will send you a fresh replacement for what broke. 

 

My delivery is taking longer than expected, what is happening? 

As much as we would love to guarantee delivery dates and times, we currently cannot and unexpected delays may occur. If your delivery is taking longer than expected reach out to customercare@drinkrivalhouse.com and we will look into it to ensure there are no issues. 

 

I just placed an order. When should I expect to receive it?

Local Delivery (GTA) orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Additional delays may occur due to COVID-19 and poor weather conditions. 

Due to freezing temperatures and delays in deliveries due to Supply Chain issues created by COVID we are unable to provide Canada Wide shipping during the Winter Months. We will continue to ship orders within Ontario and Quebec. For our valued customers that are outside of Ontario, you can still find a large selection of our products on Amazon!

Below is our typical shipping policy which will return in Spring 2022

All Rival House orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If you are in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), your order will be delivered to you the same day if you place your order before 11am or the next business day if your order is placed after 11am.

For customers outside of the GTA, your order will be shipped via courier and will arrive in 1-4 business days.

 

Does Rival House ship to the United States?

At the moment we do not ship outside of Canada. However, stay tuned to our newsletter and Instagram (@drinkrivalhouse) for updates as this option will be available in the future.
