Shipping policy

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY AS WE DEAL WITH COVID-19 AND POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS*

Local Delivery (GTA) orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Additional delays may occur due to COVID-19 and poor weather conditions. 

Due to freezing temperatures and delays in deliveries due to Supply Chain issues created by COVID we are unable to provide Canada Wide shipping during the Winter Months. We will continue to ship orders within Ontario. For our valued customers that are outside of Ontario, you can still find a large selection of our products on Amazon!

In the GTA, we offer same or next day courier deliver, FREE on orders over $49, or $15 on smaller orders. If your shipping address qualifies, you will be offered our courier option in checkout. See our GTA Courier Service Area Map. 

**Please note that during peak holiday season (October 25th-January 1st) Local Delivery orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days**

For all other locations in Canada, we ship best available service, which is typically Canpar or Canada Post. Again, shipping is FREE on orders over $49, and $15 for smaller orders. At this time we do not ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
