Using organic grapes from their picturesque, natural vineyards, Win first crafts beautiful fine wine in the centuries-old Spanish tradition. Then, to remove the alcohol, use their unique patented process which enables the wine to retain all the exquisite flavours, aromas and primary characteristics of the original fine Spanish wine.
Why Win wines are different
It’s their proprietary alcohol removal technology. They use the spinning cone method, but in a low pressure (not high pressure) and low temperature environment. This ultra-gentle process developed by Win is protected by eight patents. It is a very time consuming process compared to industrial methods but WIN has proven the extra time and effort creates superior products.
